Customer Commitment Program |

Dear Principal / Director; Daycare Cleaning Services, Inc is dedicated to maintaining a high level of customer service. As part of our ongoing commitment, we have created a new Customer Commitment Program. A form, which can be downloaded below, is designed to increase the communication between the School and Daycare Cleaning Services, Inc. The form “Customer Commitment Form” is designed for your use. Please fill it out as soon as there is a concern and fax it to our office at (856)-874-1601. Once the form has been received, the cleaner will be notified immediately, and a plan of correction will be in place. If further details are needed, a phone call will be made to the Principal / Director, and Daycare will take all steps needed to handle the issue / concern in a prompt manner. We hope that our new, proactive approach to customer service will continue to improve our commitment to keeping your school clean and safe.
